World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Miami 2014 Throwback

Grateful & blessed that throughout life so far, I've been surrounded by good ppl who lifted me up when I was down & helped guide me towards a better path. Without them, I would not have this good life I'm living right now.
I want to give back to the world which's why I'm now a personal trainer who wants only the best for clients by constantly upgrading my fitness education & getting credentials from across the world.
I've learned so much from being a director of my own brand & facing the harsh struggles of setting up my own fitness business. These struggles have taught me awareness & perseverance, as well as appreciate those who've stuck with me through it all.
Fulfilling my 2014 goal of competing in WBFF made me realize dreams are possible if you make it happen. Looking forward to more challenges this year!
I am still working on being better everyday; a better person, partner, friend, trainer, & employer. I will make mistakes, but fear of failure will not hinder my progress anymore. It will be part of my road to success.
Let's be better together this 2015.
I wish everyone the best & a heartfelt thank you for all your support.

Fit Tidbit: Research shows that people who exercise regularly have less incidence of insomnia and a higher quality of sleep. Researchers also found that for people who did suffer from insomnia, adding consistent daily exercise significantly reduced their sleepless nights (Sleep Medicine Reviews). Remember: Getting a good night's sleep renews your energy and helps your body repair damage.

Work for what you want!

Reminder: Today is a new beginning!

Give bananas a longer life. Keep bananas fresher, longer by wrapping the end of the bunch with plastic wrap. Better yet, separate each banana. The plastic wrap blocks ethylene gases from releasing out of the stem, consequently ripening the fruit too fast.
