Fit TidBit

New research in Preventive Medicine shows that walking or biking to work lead to better job performance than that of commuters who drove alone. If you want to reduce your #stress levels but still prefer going to work in a car, find a carpool buddy and take turns driving instead of driving solo. Happy commuting!
