Upright rows are probably one of my favorite exercises that hits the deltoids, traps and not forgetting the biceps as well. Overdoing it however, can and will put stress on the rotator cuff muscles.
What can we do to lessen the stress or strain if we still want to carry on doing the upright rows?
I would say to not let the elbows go above 90 degrees and have the bar as close to the body as possible.
That should make the exercise safer. Have fun!
