Best Time for a Run

When is the best time to go for a run?

I always tell my clients to go for a run right after they wake up to burn the most amount of fat. Drink a glass of water and head on out.

Why is that so?
When you first wake up, your supply of carbohydrates is depleted and the hormonal state makes body fat more accessible if you exercise.

The aim is just to do some moderate running/jogging for a duration of around 30-45mins.

Try it out! This will help in the fat loss department tremendously. Nearly 90% of my clients follow this with their strength training routines and have seen great results a lot faster.
