I have heard many excuses people give just to not exercise.
I will do it tomorrow. (Tomorrow never comes, period.)
I have no time, too much work.
I only have time left for my family and kids after work.
I am too old, working out is for the young. (If you don't keep yourself strong and healthy at any age, you will be at risk to osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease. The list goes on.)
It is all about time management. We all have commitments, work and family. It may seem difficult at first, so here's a little set I created specially for those who can spare a good 5 minutes everyday to start working out.
Follow accordingly: 3-10 push ups, 5-10 squats, 3-10 push-ups back to back, that would be one round of exercises. If you are able to, try to finish 3 rounds with 2 mins rest in-between.
Start with baby steps 5 minutes a day for the first week then increase it to 10mins. It will definitely help in the long run.
